I can’t rate Stefan Strathpine more highly. The customer service was phenomenal, even just being greeted at the front counter to book my appointment. The lady who spoke with me was so kind and patient and really understood what I was asking for and helped me book in for a package which saved me money. My stylist was Chantelle and she was so incredible. She took so much care and asked me all about my hair and what my goals were. I have left feeling absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with the end result. This is better than I could of hoped for and I got the K18 treatment too and my hair had never felt so soft. The service provided throughout the day was just perfect and she ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout. As I said, I can’t rate them more highly and if I could, I would. 100/10. Just so happy and so confident. My hair had never looked so good and considering we bleached with a whole head of fulls, it’s so soft too. I will be returning and I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. Thank you Chantelle. Truly you’ve just made my entire year.

My only criticism of Stefans is that they have trouble keeping staff, so you just get used to one hairdresser and then she leaves. Next time you go in it's always "we tried to call you to let you know", but I never seem to get those calls. Don't get me wrong, new hairdresser is absolutely fine but you have to go through the whole getting to know you thing again. Still always come out happy with hair and cost so can't complain.

My hair is short and mostly grey - very white in the front and dark dirty grey at the back - was so over it - have been to other hairdressers who have done the best they could with it, but today I got brave and went to Stefan Hair Salon at Strathpine and had my hair cut, full colour - blonde all over with pearl toner (toned beautifully) - the last time I'd been to a Stefan salon was in 1984 on my wedding day - and after having my hair done today, I don't know why I ever stopped going - the experience was amazing - from the moment I approached the front counter, the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The entire time I was there all the staff were so attentive, I was at no point ignored - as soon as they saw my coffee cup was getting low, offered me another one (and biscuits!) - nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much ladies - especially Sarah - I have booked in for 6 weeks time to have the re-growth done and am so much looking forward to the experience. Great to see that the Stefan salon experience/service has not faltered after all these years - definitely a returning customer.... Thank you!
