Terrible experience with this firm.
Took my money, no invoice/receipt issued. Said they emailed me to a business address, no emails at that address from them.
Then they said goods were out of stock and expect delivery on the 1st August. No goods arrived.
Waited until 7th August still no goods.
Thankfully paid via Paypal and have just received notification of refund after I escalated the case with them.
Beware! Seem cheap but everything's cheap if they take your money in exchange for zilch!

Extremely rude and dishonest staff. It’s no surprise that they offer cash for positive Google reviews, it’s the only way they can get them. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible people to deal with. I purchased a defective heat mat from them on ebay and they were rude from the very first minute.

The price is right, the service is not, AusPost lost a bag of dog food (not their fault) i made it very clear in an e-mail that i no longer required the bag (4 weeks after my original order) and wanted a refund, no further correspondence they simply sent another bag, now im either stuck with $180 bag of food i no longer need or out $40 for 2 lots of postage i dont need or want, very poor customer service.

We have bought everything from goldfish to hermit crabs and all their accessories from here with helpful advice. We now purchase our dog food and are rewarded with a loyalty programme.
