Excellent outdoor Personal Training fitness classes run by Aaron. If you like to exercise in a small group outdoors and you being part of a team then these are the classes for you. A variety of classes are offered including toning, kick boxing and cardio. Aaron is a great trainer and very supportive of his clients.
