Instructors have a enthusiastic and fresh attitude, just what we needed after almost 2 years with the group.

It's great working out in the open rather than a stuffy gym.
It's easy to make great friends who also like participating in fun activities and to have a laugh with during training... makes it fun.. Trainers are welcoming and friendly..

I have never stuck to any exercise but Daniel is highly motivational and I keep coming back :) Good fun personal workout in a group setting. Amazing trainers and the other members are friendly.

A fun way to workout, meet new friends and get fit in the process. The outdoor side of training is what appealed to me at the start, so much nicer than training within 4 walls. They cater for all levels of fitness.

Step into Life is a great way to exercise and have fun. I love the fact that training is non-competitive and varied. Its great to be able to train in a group environment outdoors. In a year I have gone from never running, to completing the 12km city to surf. I now actually enjoy exercising and living a much healthier lifestyle.

Great team of trainers who are confident, fun and knowledgeable - exactly what you want from a group training environment. The range of classes is really good and the optional extra sessions sound like a good way to push yourself harder
