I wouldn't build with sterling homes.once the contract is signed your at their mercy.interiour wall finish and painting appalling. Continual stress throughout build.If you don't get finishing work like stormwater etc done yourself it is a very expensive exercise,especially the costs like taking away soil which quite often just goes to another block nearby.six star rating without LED lighting doesn't make sense,only extra cost after takeover.

I cannot recommend this company as a first home buyer I had nothing but issues with this builder. Ever since i moved in I had issue after issue such as no hot water, no insulation installed, cracking in the concrete, an oven that to this day still does not work, been over 8 months without a working oven, run over pipe in the front garden that still hasn't been fixed and floods when they turn it on down the street, dodgy cabling to the hot water service and also the internet cables within the house, some ports still do not work, this list goes on and on and also poor service when trying to talk to anyone at Sterling Homes in regards to anything related to the house maintenance once you have signed for the keys. DO NOT BUY from this builder!!! WARNING to all.
