When ordering any item from this company, be aware that if the item is unsuitable, wrong size etc, you are responsible for return postage. When my wife received a cardigan set that was unsuitable, she couldn't find how to return it so phoned requesting a reply paid address, and was told by a very abrupt telephonist that "it is not our policy - you must pay for the return yourself ". They offer a 12 month's warranty, but nowhere in the catalog could I find that you must pay return postage (it may have been in the fine print and I missed it) Takes the shine out of Mail Order.
