I recently took my daughter's Yaris to have a warning light examined to ensure that she didn't have a major or expensive fault with her car, Steve was prompt to examine the fault and diagnose the issue in minutes. He had me back on the road in no time. It was the first time I'd been there but it won't be the last. It's rare to get that personalised service these days so I will definitely be supporting them. A job well done.

I took my car for a service with Steve and he identified problems that needed urgent repair. He fixed my suspension and a broken engine mount and now the car drives like a completely different car. He showed me photos of the work he had done and the parts which had needed replacing. I was impressed by his desire to be transparent. I will use this mechanic again for sure.

These 2 blokes deliver good old fashioned honesty and service. The repairs on my car were carried out promptly and at a reasonable price. So welcomed in this modern world.

Very poor service and customer relations..... Do work that is not needed with no notice to owner of car.... Then demands more then quoted..... Uses customers cars for personal use all the time even when car is unregistered.... When asked about these they get angry and start a punch on with bars and baseball bats.... Including hitting a woman..... Wouldn't go here if they were the last mechanic on earth.

An honest mechanic!? Who would've thought!

I'm from the country and most of my family members know everything about cars so I don't usually need to use mechanics - But I desperately needed some new brake pads so I took a risk with these guys.

They seemed to genuinely care about the state of my car as well as explaining everything I needed to know about what they were doing and what I needed to do in the future.

The price was very reasonable too so I didn't feel like I'd just been ripped off. If you're a female who knows next to nothing about a car then you should feel safe going to Steve and Nick's.
