He does a lot of preparation and and he has an eye for detail and he is very clean and tidy. The only negative was he waters down the paint a lot and you don't get the quality washable paint that you pay for. When I asked him to leave me any left over paint he refused to do so, becuase he uses left over paint especially the popular White shades on his next job. Instead he left me a small jar of wall paint.
