Steven Khalil Gowns

I have been trying in the past weeks to contact their flagship via phone the calls never pick up. The emails don’t go through. Tried reaching out on Instagram the last messages get seen but no reply. This level of customer service is very poor considering this is supposed to be one of the leading designers in sydhwny. Steven you need staff training 100%

Really enjoyed my experience here. Unfortunately the gowns were out of my budget but they were beautiful and Steven was very nice and the shop very beautiful and luxurious!!

I chose to have Steve Khalil to make my wedding dress. Steve worked with me to design a dress which I had pictured in my head but wasnt able to find anywhere in Sydney. He is very friendly and professional. Throughout the whole process he made me feel as special as his celebrity clients. I attended six appointments where I got to try the dress on and see how it was progressing.This was something that I was very mindfull of as I have friends who purchased dresses at other bridal stores where ripped tuelle had been used in the skirt of the dress. I wanted to avoid this by scheduling monthly visits to check on the dress at each stage. Steve never rushed the fitting and we always had a good chat at the end.
Even though his gowns are a bit on the expensive side the quality and service you receive from Steven Khalil is exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress designer in the future.

Steven Khalil is an amazing designer and couturier. His boutique is beautiful with hand crafted wedding gowns. After seeing his work in a magazine i decided that i wanted him to design my wedding dress. He designed and made my wedding dress and my sisters also and my friends want to use him too. He is amazing, he is not only friendly but very professional. He made me feel like an absolute princess on my wedding day.
