Vanessa took over the management of my property from Melanie. They did not inform me for over 3 months that the tenants had complained about dampness on the walls. By the time I was informed the problem was out of hand and cost me over $2,000 to repair. I asked for 2 quotes to get bath sealed and when i asked them for the 2nd quote they informed me that the repairs had already been completed. I asked for 2 quotes to get fan repaired. When I authorised them to go with original quote they told me that the repairs had already been completed by the other person. Each time they blamed the repair person and never took responsibility for their mistakes. I found more stressful and a huge increase in cost by getting them to manage my property. They have scared me off agencies and now I am managing the property myself. I definitely would recommend to stay clear of them!

Leasing out and managing of commercial premises. They manage property as well as buy and sell. Our experience has been very good. Good communication and service. The property is well maintained and they have recommended good trades people. They provide a more individual service than a large chain of Real Estate offices.
