He asked questions before providing the quote which was reasonable for the smaller size of our double story town house. Others had quoted me for more without asking any questions at all! Steven is very friendly, helpful and professional. He listened to my concerns and took before and after photos to assure me that the job was done properly and to provide extra peace of mind that our roof was otherwise in great condition. Steven did a outstanding job cleaning the gutters and during the process he has informed me that some tiles were cracked, he was kind enough to have them fixed straight away so avoided further leaks. Being a town house, a section of the gutter is connected to neighbor's with down pipe located at their side, Steven has kindly cleaned their section also at no additional cost to ensure rain water on our side will drain away properly. Not only did Steve make time to come and clean my gutters urgently on the day, he also added value to my job as he also discovered broken roof tiles that caused leaking in my spare room and changed the tiles over with no hesitation plus pruned an over growing neighbor's tree too causing my gutters to get dirty. Steven gets the job done at a reasonable price. He’s been cleaning our windows and gutters for 10+ years. He has also done some painting, solar panel cleaning and re-cementing roof tiles. He’s efficient and friendly without fuss. Love his work. Cleaning windows is $200 for a five bedroom house.

Steven provided sound advice and quality service. He cleaned the gutters and solar panels efficiently and made sure that any debris was cleaned up. The roof is high and complicated and he was careful to do no damage to the roof or himself. I had a bad experience a few years ago with cowboy operators who left debris everywhere and damaged the roof so I was careful whom I chose to do it this time.
