Steve’s painting services is absolutely fantastic. Steve paid considerable attention to detail preparing our older home for painting and really increased the quality of our home. He was always prompt, clean and kept us well informed of the progress of the team. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of his work and would use him again without hesitation. Steve has fantastic attention to detail and we were kept very well informed throughout the process. Steve offered us a very clear run-down of the preparation he suggested for our well-loved but tired 19430’s Californian bungalow exterior.
In a team collaboration between Steve and meticulous heritage carpenter on the project, we had 300 metres of weatherboards replaced in order to repair timber boards from previous insulation installation and wood rot. The building and preparation work in itself is sensational and we are amazed at how much the team achieved on time and in winter! The paining finish looks stunning and Steve demonstrated his experience with heritage homes with the window and gable details which have returned to their rightful place as features of our home. Such a great communicator, we are looking forward to Steve and Elias returning to complete our interior very soon.

I knew that if dorothym6 was happy with Steve’s service, it would be 100% and it was. Steve is fastidious, the quality of preparation ensuring excellence and lasting value. He’s a great communicator so there’s no scope for misunderstanding: he’s true to his word. My house had a neglected and intricate Victorian facade which required difficult preparation and some athleticism! Fabulous job done and great teamwork with Ilias.

Steve painted the exterior of my house in Reservoir. It had been neglected for a while. From the start to the end, he and Ilias were professional and courteous. Steve advised me on my colour choices and explained all the steps to be done to get the best job. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and I value that in a tradesperson. From the prep to the finish, everything was carried out as explained. Professional, extremely clean and tidy and absolutely thorough. Steve has a keen eye for detail. And the finish was amazing. I would highly recommend Steve if you want an amazing professional job.

Steve panted our old terrace house both inside and outside in 2014 and we were extremely satisfied with the care and attention paid to all the repair work on the solid plaster cracks and blemishes. We kept his details in case we needed a Painter in the future. Following the 2 earthquakes we have had, it was time to repair the damage they had caused.
I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews in that Steve is well organized and that you can rely on the dates he has given you. By giving Steve access to a lockup key box, he and Eli were able to start early without us being up with the birds to let them in. They are quiet workers.
Steve's preparation before painting is painstaking and with his modern equipment, plaster dust is not an issue - I could not believe how dust free the house was. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve if you require a painter to do an excellent job.

After Steve painted the exterior of our house last year, we engaged him again to paint the interior and he did another top quality job. A pleasure to deal with.
