So How Does This Work..?
I’m trained to read your body via muscle testing, and follow the feedback it gives me.
The more feedback I receive, the more clues we get and the more information we can uncover.
What does feedback mean?
When you are looking at a broken down car, what is the first clue you look for? Engine oil, petrol, tires, radiator?
You rev the engine and the little heat thermometer gives you a clue that the engine is over heating and there is a lot of heat around the engine. There’s your FEEDBACK
YES.. YOUR BODY GIVES ME FEEDBACK!!
IT IS SUPER INTELLIGENT!
Let’s say you have a shoulder injury.
What Physically may of contributed to your shoulder being the way it is.. Injury or surgery…?? It could very well be.
But Wait There’s More
What Mentally or Emotionally is contributing to your lack of flexibility and movement. Your increase in stiffness and pain?

Experiencing a lot of pain or discomfort can be a result of one of your habits or thought patterns that has been reoccurring in the same manner over a prolonged period of time. Every case is different.
Think of it like this.. If you were to clench your fist.. Go on do it! Hold it for a minute.. clench it.. keep holding on to this.. for a while longer and now see how holding a position like this can have an impact on your body. Doesn’t feel very nice right??
Imagine your hamstring.. not being stretched for a week, a month or even a year. The energy will build up in your body and become stagnant.

What can I expect in a Heart Warrior Kinesiology Session
Angels, Crystals, Flower Essences, Love, Laughter, My undivided attention, Tears, High fives, Deep Breathing, Hot and Cold flushes. Yes Most of these!
A session is conducted to gather as much information that may be relevant to why you are seeing me.
Looking gently and thoroughly through the areas of your life that may need a little bit of LOVE.
Clients are fully clothed during each session, and are asked to come well hydrated and well rested before. You will either be lying, sitting or standing on where the session will go. No session is ever the same, it will always adapt to your needs and where you’re at.
I listen to your body!
I’m here to read your body and look for where it needs attention. I do this by gently applying about 2 pounds of pressure to your muscles. I will then encourage you to participate and put together a series of ‘clues’ that your body gives.
You are more than your symptom!
You could be ‘stuck’ in your symptoms.
