Agree WORST business ever. no communication on my insurance claim was originally quoted 3 weeks and 7 weeks later still no car. Given an awful courtesy car and told this was a favor to me?? How about getting my car back, that would be a better favor.Management just terrible and rude. Steer well clear of this company.

I had my car go into stewarts smash repairs as an insurance claim after an accident. I told them numerous times that it now needed a wheel alignment after the accident. They couldn't even do that. There was a problem with getting headlight covers and numerous stories from different people. There was a complete lack of communication as they messed up my weekend plans by not telling me that there was going to be a delay and I had to call up to check if I was still able to come and collect the car. I will never be using this company again for any repairs. Rubbish service and clearly don't listen!

this is honestly the WORST buisness ive ever been to, my vechicle came back scratched, buff marks everywhere, all rubbers around doors damaged and my passanger side mirror damaged. management is unhelpful and rude! i regret taking my brand new vechicle there! STAY CLEAR!! TRUST ME!
