How could it be so different to Windsor? The sauces are different, the staff are different and rude - owned by the same person - how could it go wrong?

It's weird how a franchise outlet can be so different to another of the same description, whereas Stir Fry at Erskine Park was pleasant and the food good. Stir Fry at Penrith Plaza as a different story, the noodles were gluggy, and low and behold there was too much of them on the plate.
