Friendly staff, excellent service.Told my grandaughter her fish that she bought with her pocket money had to go back to see his family and was now ok again. (Gave her a new fish to replace the one that died free of charge!) Ginger was even waiting for her to collect in a plastic bag. You wouldn't get that sort of service in a big store!

Great little pet shop and always friendly service. We went in to buy some fish and were served by a helpful and friendly young girl. They're generous with advice and have good stocks of all the usual pet supplies you'd need. Much prefer to shop in these small family businesses than in the big city pet stores

Good range of products for such a small shop. Very friendly staff with great knowledge. Very child friendly and they don't mind people "just looking" to show the children the animals.
