New management and new staff has spoiled storm Hair, many years ago it was a great salon to have your hair done, these days the service is slow, staff not so friendly and the prices are very very high. Much better salons to choose from in Narellan.

This salon WAS fantastic until it was sold recently and the new owner sacked the majority of the staff. They used to have a loyalty card system and you got the average of your first for visits free on your fifth visit. I was up to getting my fifth visit and the salon was sold. The new owner would not honor any of the old clients loyalty card offers. I know he didn't have to but this would have displayed good faith and outstanding customer service. Instead he increased all the prices halved the quality of service. I will not go back to storm hair as he was rude as well when I paid with a Narellan Town Centre voucher when I had my hair done there when the business first changed hands.

I agree completely. I have been going to storm since I was 11 years old and considered myself a very loyal customer. I'm 18 now, and had my hair done yesterday for my year 12 formal. It cost me $165 for a wash cut and style, no colour or anything, and my hair went flat as soon as I went outside anyway. I don't know how they can justify these prices for such disgraceful quality and customer service. I can most definitely say I will never go back ever again.

This salon was sold and many of the staff were sacked by the new owners. I followed Kya to About Face, still in Narellan Town Centre, because it's all about WHO does your hair, not so much the business. Anyway, Storm lost me - sorry.

Have been going here for a long time. They have a points system and a card (like a coffee card) where after so many visits you get the next one free. I have always been happy with my colour, cut etc, but like all hairdressers, this depends on whether the same person does it each time. For me that person is Kia.
