I have had my hair straightened by Charmaine using the bioionic / retex treatement and am delighted with the results. It is unbelievable to just wash and wear my hair...even in hot/humid parts of the world. I have also had the nano treatments and my hair is looking the best ever.

i just have to write this review about my permanent hair straightening experience with Charmaine and Straight and Sleek. It took me a long time to decide on getting the Kerasmooth (semi permanent) or Retex (permanent). I finally went with Retex and am really happy with the professional service. Charmaine only does straightening and devotes herself to ONE client at a time, so products only stay on the minimum time necessary. i went in with coarse, average condition hair & came out with smooth, straight hair that looked about 2-3 inches longer as a result of being straight. So happy with the great price and service. It takes a while - but well worth it.
