This Company is an authentic fraud - reported to Consumer Affairs - Dept. of Justice, Victoria and Fair Trade NSW.

Unfortunately, I have fallen in their service, I paid 69$ dollars for my car assistance service. I was expecting to receive an email for confirmation of payment and membership but I have never got this so I have sent emails and contact them directly through their number: 1300 517 119 (never available to answer the call and I left many voicemail messages (politely and respectfully and they never called me back).
I have been calling every day for the first 3 weeks, many times per day but they never answered (there is a voice recording) and they say to write an email to [email protected] or leave a voicemail message which I did once per day. I wrote to all the emails possible advertised but they do not exist - error delivery.

They never answered so the outcome is 4 weeks have passed and I paid 69$ and no service has been provided.

I hope nobody who needs assistance falls into this trap because you will not be covered. I also asked two close people to me to call and asked for information but they never got an answer.

I have reported this to the Authorities and open an Investigation through my bank which gave me the money back.

Try to get info through their website: no legal address, no names, no valid phone numbers: 1300495024 NOT VALID -
PDS document is old and contains all this "out of service - error delivery mobile phones and emails.

Stay away from this "business", pay 10, 20 dollars more and go with reliable Companies.

I have learnt my lesson.

Approximate cost: $69

I broke down 2 days ago in heathcote where my car would not start again, customer service diagnosed it as possibly being fuel pump or starter motor related and ruled out it being the battery.
the car was then towed to the nearest mechanic which was about 500m down the road.

Excellent service and got me out of a sticky situation. It did take 40 min for the tow truck to arrive which I see as reasonable. They also followed me up to see if they could do anything else to help.

Approximate cost: $69
