Suffering with spurs and canal stenosis in my cervical spine from my neck to my shoulder blades I first attended Ian's practice in 2006 after years of other treatments. My shoulders and neck were almost locked up and could hardly rotate my neck at all. After some 12 months and since then I have been able to do many things I could not do prior to attending Stratyone such as gardening and cleaning light fittings. I am moving again, not without pain of course however now manageable.
