We are three Physios who work as a team with a combined experience of over 40 years including at the Olympic level, specialist Musculoskeletal and sports qualifications, and multiple research publications under our belt. Our goal is to provide the best value Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy service in Adelaide.

Our special passions include Cognitive Functional Therapy for Persistent Musculoskeletal Pain disorders, surgery prevention programs for osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis rehab, rehabilitation post-surgery, Graded motor Imagery, Neurofeedback guided Mindfulness training, Falls prevention programs and group exercise classes in the pool and the gym.

We are also a traditional manipulative therapy Physio practice because of our roots in Adelaide. We pride ourselves in what we can offer.

The therapists are great and are always updating their skills. Very friendly clinic. They made a big difference to my wellbeing. They also run pilates and yoga classes that are beyond excellent!!
