My first, and henceforth only, dealings with this establishment have left a very bad taste in my mouth and actually quite shaky. The man (I will not grace him with the title of "gentleman") who answered the phone was extremely curt and his manner was very aggressive when I was making preliminary enquiries about booking in my pets. Once he heard I had a staffie he's rudeness increased and he cut me off mid sentence to inform me they "WILL NOT" take on staffies and after shouting an alternative kennel name down the phone (which I did not properly understand) he put the phone down on me. While I understand that everyone has to have policies on which animals they take on, I do not appreciate they way I was treated (even before he was made aware of my pets breed). I was not even asked for any particulars about my dog or given any explanation as to why they would not take him on. In fact my staffie is only a puppy and is a much loved family pet that sleeps with my younger daughter and wouldn't hurt a soul! I have other pets which might have fitted better with his view on what "appropriate" pets are, but will definitely never consider this establishment for them.
