When I turned 18 I bought my very first car, I was so excited, back then all of my friends had cars and they were getting alarms installed, so I thought I'd better too, as I didn't want anything to happen to my baby.

I didn't have any idea about car audio or alarms, I was recommended to go to Strathfield Car Radios by friends.

The whole booking part was really easy, friendly over the phone, I was locked in. My alarm was installed after a 5.5 hours wait, upon the job being finished I was only shown how to use the alarm.

After day 1 the alarm kept self arming itself, they didn't advise me where the kill switch was so I had to go back to them to find the kill switch. I felt that for the service they provided me and the fact that I had to go back to them that I was overcharged terribly. I think they just saw me as a young chick I didn't know much about car audio and cars. It inconvenienced me terribly and from memory the car alarm always gave me problems. I did advise them, that I was not happy with the alarm, but it seems that I had to pay more money to fix, which i was not keen.

I found the service to be very laid back at Strathfield.

I had my first car for 10 years, I had other items installed to the car through another installer which had no problems.
