Streaky Bay Tourist Park

This caravan park is on the foreshore with direct access to the white soft beach. A great beach for fishing and walking. The park has a cafe, clean amenities (older style) laundry, cabins. It is a good spot to relax. Good sight seeing available too

We have been staying in caravan parks all around Australia for the past 5 months and this is the BEST!

It has everything:
- great views
- excellent amenities (although water pressure isn't great)
- 2 camp kitchens with EVERYTHING (including oven and hotplates)
- TV room (and dining room)
- kiosk
- restaurant
- close to town
- walking/cycle paths

Absolutely brilliant!

Customer service was family based and the family dog in reception took importance over customer service, I had to wait while they pat it and played with it. Cabins were reasonably priced compared to other parks and spacious however they were old and worn out. Maintenance needed badly and a thorough clean was in need as there were cob webs, food crumbs and oils over the cooking area. The rooms contained everything you'd need to stay for an extended visit. The park was clean, maintained well had child and animal friendly. There was a games room and a great cafe on site with EXCELLENT food.
