I've been to a lot of gyms in the area and I'm happy to have settled with SMA. I love how the atmosphere is so welcoming and I've even seen a few members bring their dogs in too. Such a friendly and welcoming space.

I think it has a big part to do with the fact that there is no mirrors, so the common ego-based people don't appear there. All the members get coaching and help when they sign up, so all the beginners are so much more confident and happy when they train.

Overall a great space and I'm happy I found this gym :)
