I used them in 2020 for a move and multiple furniture items were damaged including a Leather Lounge Couch worth $7000+ and a bed $5000+ with no compensation. Further promised staff did not show at all leaving Junior staff to do the move resulting in a quote they almost doubled.

My son organised this company to do a bond clean, carpet clean and pest control at his rental property and the service quality was appalling. The carpets were still dirty, skirting boards had not been cleaned, Venitian blinds had been pulled to the top of the windows and left there so the blinds had not been cleaned either and cupboards and drawers had not been wiped out.
In spite of paying $850.00 for this service the owner would not even return my sons phone calls. Had to re clean ourselves and get a professional carpet cleaner in to do the carpets again. Dreadful service and unethical business people - so terribly disappointing!

The Team at strong movers were unbelievable they were strong and efficient and did not stop for any breaks. Highly recommended them to any body who needs to get a big move done.
