Strybos quickly identified and rectified the problem with my solar hot water system. The following day our tradesman rang to say that he had done further research on aspects of the operation of our unit and would return that afternoon to check and upgrade its operation. Excellent service thankyou. You really went above and beyond.

Needed a ceiling fan with remote control installed. Got phone estimate. Electrician arrived next day at the advised time. Did a good job, and quickly, and when I received the account it was exactly as estimated and very fair. At MY request I did the cleaning up because I see no sense in paying a tradesman (at about $80 an hour) to do some easy cleaning up that I could do myself. I will definitely use Strybos again as I am very happy with the job done, they arrived on time, and the price was as expected.

Called Strybos on a Saturday morning for our hot water system and enquired what the call out fee was. Was informed that it was the regular amount as it was a Saturday morning. Electrician came out and was here for less than 5 mins and said that it was a fault with Energex's relays not our hot water system. I was quite surprised to receive a bill off them a few days later for $260 for the call out fee. When I rang to discuss the invoice, person was quite rude and I was informed that I was charged the after hours fee and that there are 2 different types of after hours fees. The regular after hours fee and the after hours after hours call out fee, I was also told how they have their own bills and Electricians to pay. If I knew that the fee was going to be $260 then I would have waited until Monday, all that was needed was for honest communication . My advice, stay well away. I will never use Strybos again and would recommend no one else does either.

Used Strybos to replace the old lights in my bedroom to down lights. They took out the old lights and installed the new ones however instead of replacing the light switch they left the old one there which didn't turn anything on. I expected that they would leave the boxes from the new lights behind but they didn't even attempt to clean up after themselves and left the cut wires and pieces of plasterboard on the bed and floor. Once I realised about the blank light switch I called up to complain and they did come back out and fix. I wasn't very impressed with Strybos and won't use again.

Used Strybos & Sons, for a wiring fault. My phone call was handled professionally and they were able to come out same day. The electrician turned up within the time frame given, was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend this business.

We have now used Strybos Electrical on three occasions. On each occasion we were very happy with the service we received. The latest work was to replace bench top hotplates. They quite quickly came back to us with various options that would fit into the existing space including a range of prices. They were able to discuss the relative merits of each and after we made a selection it was promptly installed and is working very well. All this was so painless for us after we had tried to research a suitable unit on the net without success.
