Stud Park Brown Gouge Dry Cleaners

My mother was on an emergency phone call, and she was not served by one of the employees. When I went back to give some feedback and I spoke with the manager/owner, I was treated like a criminal. My mother doesn't speak English so she just put the ticket and the monies owed on the counter whilst talking to my sister. The person behind the counter did not even turn around or acknowledge her at all until my mother hung up. When I went there to speak to the owner, she was absolutely disgusting. I said to her that if it's company policy (pretty sure it's not) that they don't serve customers on the phone, they should put up a sign. Clearly these people have enough business to be treating people like rubbish. There are plenty of other places that would be happy with the clientele. As a result, I am making an effort to write this review.
ZERO STARS.

The only dry cleaners I trust in Rowville. I come here several times every year with all my teens school blazers and cadet uniforms. They manage to get out all sorts of stains that the boys manage to get on their blazers. Good value, quality and service.

I took my Italian coat to a dry cleaning service very good job it's come out very nice clean fresh brand new looking good job, the best in the town,it's very nice place, nice and clean friendly customer service,I only paid $15.00 for it.

This is the best dry cleaner in the area. Excellent customer service and the quality of the work is fantastic. This dry cleaner is an expert in the industry and really know what they are doing.
I recently put in a light coloured suit and it came back perfect, all other dry cleaners I used claimed the stains wouldn't come off.
