The receptionist by the name Lynn is very rude , she is acting smart and she discusess other patients confidential information and is acting smart although she doesn't have an idea about anything. Very poor service because doctors take long time to follow up investigations and also they do not what to and are not willing to do that.

Incompetent and rude staff. Only 1 good doctor, only came here out of convenience (open long hours). Very dirty and old. Don't waste your time here.

Des and Adil here are both very good doctors, both very [redacted clinical content] and friendly, sometimes doctors can be extremely pompous; rude and arrogant but both these guys are very good.

Dr Melissa Sores is an excellent GP. She took time to explain every steps what she was doing. , Dr. Melissa is very supportive, and caring . She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Melissa to everyone. She is the best GP I have ever had.

I have been going to this medical centre for a while now and they are just awesome, sometimes they bend over backwards just to accommodate our needs. The nurses and doctors are wonderful and actually care!

They bulk bill weekdays for adults and children and weekends for children only

Even if you are a walk-in, they just tell you to wait and slot you in based on whether it is an emergency or if they think you can wait a bit longer

I am continually impressed by the service at this medical clinic.

We have been visiting this place since my wife was pregnant last year. The centre is located conveniently, they have enough parking space, the common waiting area also has enough seating arrangement.

They also have pharmacy and radiology centre under the same roof. The pharmacy is small but has most of the common medicines, The price is also almost same as other pharmacies. They do bulk bulk billing on week days only. The receptionists are ok, but not very friendly- i say. Once i was a little late due to evening traffic and one of the receptionists was a little rude to me for being late.

Overall this is good Medicle centre in that area.

I recently had to visit this clinic after feeling ill out of hours of my regular doctor's hours. I had visited this clinic several years ago, but not recently. When I arrived, they went over my details with me, and as I had both a medicare card and health care card on hand, they were willing to bulk bill.
The friendly reception staff informed me that during busy after hour periods there could be up to an hour wait, but I was seen after just 20 minutes. The doctor I saw believed my condition needed further treatment at hospital and wrote a referral to have my fast tracked to see a specialist in the emergency room at Dandenong hospital.
I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this medical clinic.

I have been going to Stud Road medical centre for years. Its a great place to go for emergencies when other doctors are closed. The service lacks a bit, long queues all the time, but I love one doc there and have to wait to see him anyway.
