Battling extreme anxiety and after years of searching for a dentist that was compassionate & caring towards my issues,I finally found them. Michael is fantastic as are all the staff.The fact that they could put me under a general in just a normal room at the practice was very reassuring.
Andrew the anaesthetist and his Nurse Marge were just superb. They checked with me every step of the way & Marge took we down to the car when all was finished.

The dentist was very professional,excellent technically-no pain/discomfort. The nurse quietly confident- great tapping technique to distract from injection discomfort.

Michaels personal touch, especially in helping Sally down to the car made a real difference when Sally was in that state comes at the end of such invasive surgery combined with anaesthetic. The office and nursing staff were consistantly upbeat and helpful

The clinic has very friend Dentists and Nurses. They also use modern techniques!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Sarmad did a great job on Sunday morning. Leaving after 90 minutes of top service and professionalism. He had to cut the bridge & do the root canal and to walk out with no pain, Its a great feeling! Thank you again Dr Sarmad

The staff are all friendly and they take their time to explain everything in detail, giving options for dental treatment.

listened to My concerns and detailed what the process was going to be and the [redacted due to breach of AHPRA guidelines] as i had experienced only a few times with previous dentists.

Front line staff is always courteous, efficient and obliging.
Dental work is excellent, informative and caring. Dentists are easy to converse with.

My dentist (Dr Luxman Dharmakularajah) is a real professional. Knowledgable and competent. I've never felt pain and the work is always spot on. Front desk is also very friendly and efficient.
