I found the academy about two years ago now, while searching local papers. All staff are training under supervision to be professional hairdressers...if your game like me let the trainees help pick the right color suitable for you. Its a fun experience, well worth trying if your not happy first visit its not for you. I have had foils and haircuts here and its always a new experience every time I go, the girls can't rush so be prepared for a few hours spent here. end result is worth the wait,plus low prices.Recommended

One word "FANTASTIC". Studio Hairdressing Academy is a training place for student hairdressers which have a salon open to the public. The salon is very professional and all of the students and teachers are absolutely wonderful. I have very curly hair and wanted to get it permanently straightened. I had had this done before and it had cost me $500. At Studio Hairdressing I was able to get my hair done for $95! It is not a case of students mucking up your hair either, so don't be scared. The students are very much qualified in their skills. I also received a new style cut, wash and blow-dry for $25. I am so very happy!
