Marius provided a terrific service in designing a granny flat I was hoping to build was not sure if I could get it approved. Marius provided exemplary service from initial prompt response time, with constant communication with me above and beyond what I had hoped for. Marius was always professional in his manner, in the quality of his work, and in presenting me with what I was hoping to include in my design. Marius demonstrated designing knowledge, expertise and an awareness of what I needed to be compliant to set me up for approval of the design. The price charged was highly competitive.
The plans have been approved so thanks Marius!!! This development was not guaranteed and I believe your advice and plans have ensured success.

I picked Marius to design my two-storey house with a large underground basement and swimming pool. I have found him to be direct, efficient and polite.

The quality of the work he produces is outstanding. His design ideas are second to none and he was always available to help during the construction period. Throughout the duration of my project he always answered all questions promptly and accurately. I would recommend him time after time.
