After my issues with Beyonwiz and the Good Guys Warrawong, I called these guys to see if they sell Beyonwiz (So I knew to dodge them too) and found they used to sell that brand until they had some issues regarding customer service and product reliability and decided to distance themselves from the unreliable brand/company.

They might charge a little more then JB or The Good Guys but they look after their customers if something goes wrong, UNLIKE The Good Guys!

Extended warranties, even normal warranties and compulsory refunds are useless if the store owner refuses to help and forces his customers to take him to the CTTT for a refund.
