Clean, quiet and feels like you are in the country but looks ugly. River dangerous for little ones but great for older kids but not for swimming. Maintenance man was excellent and friendly and replaced my tv straight away when it stopped working. But because of location its very damp and moldy. My cabin had quite a bit on the walls. Browns Creek Caravan is cheaper, cleaner, newer and cabins bigger.
