To whom it may concern, I would just like to voice my immense appreciation to Barry (License Number b239) at Suburban Pest Management for his incredible service when examining and treating termites in my home today. Barry was extremely lovely and I have found it is so rare to find, so would just like to thank him eternally, recognize the amazing person he is and the wonderful experience we had. Barry was exceptionally polite, gracious, respectful of our privacy as well as being cheerful and positive at 7am on a Saturday morning with the added bonus of very wet weather. Barry arrived punctually at the arranged time given the day before (7.00am). Unfortunately we had slept through the alarm and only awoke to his knock and therefore had done no preparation, nor locked up our 4 dogs. He was very patient and even though we didn't mind his shoes on, he removed them to walk inside, leaving him to put them on and off many times as he went in and out yet again he was very gracious. Barry did his job quickly and quietly yet was very very thorough and efficient. He then took the time to explain exactly what he had done and what would need to happen from here. There were a few areas that we had originally called about that he didn't seem to be able to see any damage within, but when we were still a little unsure he put all his gear back on (overalls, boots and more) and went back, all the way underneath the house to the very furthest part, and checked it again - very thoroughly - discovering worn through floor boards (which weren't his area at all) still maintaining his exceptional patience, grace, cheer and his overall lovely demeanor. I cannot express my thanks enough for such a positive experience despite the weather, the time and the less than glamorous job of crawling through dirty roofs, crawling through the wet dirt under a house during wet weather, walking wet and muddy yards as well as maneuvering around 4 dogs and 4 just waking people. I am sure I am not alone in my experience with Barry but I would just like acknowledge his phenomenal service and what an asset he is. As the saying goes....Good help is hard to find :)
