When you've had enough fried stuff from the other take-aways available, this makes a nice change.

There are a range of breads on offer - I like the Honey Oat, and they always seem to have enough of each one. The menu is sometimes confusing, you choose a meat (roast beef, ham, chicken, turkey, meatballs, bacon etc) and then can add cheese for toasting plus other salad ingredients and then the sauce. My all time favourite is actually the tuna - very tasty. Limited kids menu - mine like the cheese toastie.

Sometimes I'd like something they don't have, like corn, which is available in other stores, and once the chicken was a little dry, but overall, pretty good.

They are situated on a busy corner with other fast food restaurants, chemist, doctor and auto shop. Plenty of parking and no time limit or tickets.

The prices are not bad, around $5 for a 6 inch "sub" - ie long roll and then add a drink. If you take the whole family who want the long version, it can cost a bit.

Salads and sauces are quite varied, but mostly canned stuff - i.e. pineapple and olives - not the fresh version.

Not a bad snack when you want something different. Supposed to be low in fat so a healthier choice.

Their cookies are yummy and you can get one free with an offer in certain stores.

Can be hard to eat one handed, so don't try it when you're driving. Range of drinks available too.

Approximate cost: $6 approx for smallest sub and drink. More for larger. Various offers.
