If you're missing home cooked food back in Singapore, this is the place to go. All dishes that come out from the kitchen is delicious and there are specials every now and then

This is what we describe as a "laminex table" cafe. The food is very good. My husband and I love the Char Kwei Tiau (sorry for spelling) and curry puffs - amazing pastry. We always check the twitter feed to see what is on the menu for the night - only a few dishes on menu but they are very well done - cooked fresh for you. This is a simple family establishment with no frills who provide quality food.

Approximate cost: $10.50

Just visited this small family restaurant yesterday and enjoyed their Hokkien Mee, Char Kway Teow (Singapore), Chendol so far. Very authentic taste, husband and wife run so there is a cap on production speed because of the huge demand after about 6.30pm! Limited seating in store as well so maybe give them a call beforehand. Menus do change very frequently so add them on twitter for their updates.

Approximate cost: $9.90

The food here is delicious and good quality. They will only cook the dishes after your order, in order to keep it's freshness. However, you have to wait as they may be busy at most time. If you don't mind waiting, this is a restaurant to try.

Approximate cost: $9.00
