Our visit was on Saturday 29th of August around 9.30-10 pm. It was a spur of the moment visit, complete with unruly children and we were completely under-dressed (I was on a quest for quality coffee and desert). We were greeted and seated and our waitress attended to us promptly.
She bought out pencils and paper for the kids to draw on and even made my 3 year old's request of "chocolate tea".
I had the sticky date pudding, which was the best I have ever tasted. It was so moist and rich and exactly what I was after.
My partner ordered a chocolate pudding that he was really impressed with also. The kids had gelati which was a hit with them.
There was a great ambience too, completed by the fireplace.
We will definitely be going back to try a meal sometime in the future.
