Needed transcripts retyped for university by a deadline, was told they could do this and I would be called to collect it, they didn't call I had to call them, had already had the fee raised via phone call two days before they weren't ready on time and they didn't care that I was annoyed and that they had agreed to the time frame when I employed them. So I had to source someone else last minute to get the job done.
