Pergola not erected in agreed position. Not all roof sheets on ridging affixed to frame. Standards for fixing colorbond roof sheets not adhered to. Literature obtained from Bluescope and viewing from roof plumber confirm this assertion. Refused to fix - stated "Don't call me again." Was going to use a cream coloured metal material on black frame and was going to use can of spray paint - stating "These don't come in black." I'm not a builder but I believe most colorbond materials can be requested in standard colours (black included) and may be custom painted - thus negating the need for materials in this day and age only being able to be painted with a $10 spray can. (Was an integral structural component - channel - not an ancillary bracket). Value was fair and 80% of payment made but now considerable trouble to have roof sheeting rectified. (Screws too short for ridge capping and top of sheets and screws to be fixed into crests and required intervals and not the valleys like the builder has done). In fairness to builder quality of frame conducted to high standard and his workmanship in this regard has been complimented by persons including trades persons who have sighted structure.
