We have been renovating for some time and dealt with many tradespeople, and many of them we have been disappointed with in some way. Mat has been one of the few exceptions to this. He was extremely professional, knew his product very well, explained everything clearly, gave options and advise based on his experience, was well priced (we got 3 quotes in total before preceding), cleaned the windows thoroughly, did an exceptional job and cleaned up afterwards. He didn't rush the job and took the time required to do a good job. He called me to advice he was running late for the measure and quote. He left samples with us advising us to look through them at different times of the day to see the effect of the tint at different times of the day. He worked out the quote at our house, which is much better than getting it emailed though at a later date like one of the other companies that quoted. He also was flexible with the tint levels so we didn't have to decide before he arrived since he had enough of each of the tint levels. He did one window first, and based on the result of that we were able to select what we wanted for the next window. He was polite and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to friends and family.
