Tony and the spare parts team at Sunshine Ford where extremely helpful to me.
I unfortunately lost my car keys and had no spare. Tony went out of his way to make this as uncostly as possible helping me in every way he could, even going as far as organising a locksmith to come out to my car. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and very focused on achieving the very best outcome in a true sense. Highly recommended!

I was happy with the service I received in the parts section but I have to say the customer service in the service centre was not very good. I also felt ripped off the quote I asked for on the telephone was almost $10 cheaper than when I asked for a written quote in person. Not sure whether it was beacuse I was a woman or whether I mentioned the word "insurance" when he asked why I wanted a written quote. I took my business elsewhere, just for this reason.
