My mum and I had a spreets deal incl. hair cut, colour, foils, blowdry, mani & pedi and brow shape. We had Hannah, Aimee and Erin and although they were very young, they were very professional, polite, and did a great job. Both my mum and I were very pleased with the hair cut and colour. Mum's brow tint was perfect and very natural. We had a great experience and would recommend this business to anyone.
I had a great experience at Sunlounge Clifton Hill... I loved my hair - i have never been so pleased with the color and the cut & blow wave - i would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to any other potential customers...

I bought a special online deal, which included full head of foils, mani & pedi, and an eyebrow tint & shape. Happy with the final result with the hair (although I didn't quite enjoy the "experience"), the nail technician did a wonderful job. The eyebrows? Well while I was waiting for close to an hour between hair and nails, the person who said she was going to do them did god knows what (sitting at reception - looking busy??)!!!
I realise that I had an amazingly cheap deal, but I believe the whole purpose of the deal is to generate business, I assume they would want repeat business too. Well after being there for well over 4hrs - I wasn't prepared to wait any longer especially as I had made the "eyebrow person" aware of what time I had to leave by.
So even though the end result of the services i did get were very good, I would not go back, nor would I recommend Sunlounge.
I had a similar "experience". Plus i recieved a burnt scalp from the blowdry. Not nice at all. Its still very sore 3 days later. They need to work on their timings. I was running 1 1/2 hours late to get my kids from school after they promised i would be finished in time
I also had a similar "experience", i was not too pleased with my hair or the hairdresser, he was very rude...The nail technician was very proffesional and did an excellent job with my mani & pedi, however i cannot say the same about the rest of the staff....The lady who sits behind the reception desk and acts busy made me wait 30 mins to have my eyebrows tinted black!!! they looked horrendous!...the waxing room was dirty i noticed wax all over the wax pots...I have been there twice as i bought 2 vouchers, had i have known earlier i would not have even bothered to waste my money , i would not go back there again. The lady who sits behind the reception desk also needs to dress more appropriate , as walking around with a mini dress and cleavage out is not proffesional, a few other customers had noted this to me while i was getting my hair done which took 3 hours!!
the salon is beautiful. the overall feel is welcoming and unique. all the staff are professional and have been in their respective industries for many years. They have solariums, mystic tan, hair and hair extensions, chinese medicine, acupuncture, reiki, massage and beauty using ASAP products. it's like a one stop shop for beauty and wellness. I could spend the whole day there!
