bought an item from this shop, asked if i could return it if it did not match my outfit at home. 'No problems, just keep your receipt' was the response. Returned 24hrs later with item, receipt and tag in place.....'sorry we don't do refunds'!! WTF?!?!? Thought shops had to offer returns by law anyway??? Great stuff but shocking customer service would not go back!
