Called in for a quick takeaway lunch last week, while we were on holiday.

Got a Chicken Kiev Pie.
Bit short on the chicken pieces and at $4.50, I would have expected a few more. Plus it was only luke warm.

The taste however, was sensational. Lots of garlic in a creamy sauce and a lovely buttery pastry.

Would definitely buy another one and just hope that it was a bit hotter.

We went to this bakery for the first time today whilst we were doing a self guided day tour of the Barossa. There was a little bit of a wait to be served but it was well worth it. Lovely cakes we had the pecan pie, apple slice, apricot slice and a custard filled chocolate iced donut. Very enjoyable we also bought a take home pack of 12 choc muffins for $7. We didn't have the opportunity to try the hot food but it really smelled delicious. Eat in or take away

Excellent Barossa bakery. Everything tastes so good! They also have really good specials on 'yesterday's' cakes first thing in the morning, perfect for morning tea with friends.

They have a fantastic range of pastries and everything I have eaten so far has been very nice. The prices are a bit high and they charge 30 cents just to put sauce on a pie.

Approximate cost: $4.50
