After ordering and paying in full for a lounge suite, we were told delivery would be 1-2 weeks. 3 months later we were still waiting. We contacted them on 3 separate occasions, with no result. Finally one helpful girl located one of them at another store and it arrived within the week. Not once did they contact us to keep us updated with the progress of our order. Never again.

Recently we went shopping for new furniture. I get that sales people need to reach their quota, but WOW were we hounded. We ended up being looked after by an elderly lady in there who gave us some information regarding a lounge suite. She promised a 5 year warranty when in fact come to payment time she only could offer us 3 months and was very rude about not giving more as she had promised. I think she said it to us to lure us away from her fellow co-workers. We left and went to the other Amart at Gepps Cross.

I purchased a new modular with chaise from here, the staff member i was served by was very helpful with helping us,. They have a good range of furniture at different prices to suit people's budgets. The staff were very helpful with payment options approving us to do layby as we were not approved for gem visa. Overall great service and i have my self a new comfy scotchgarded couch!

I recently purchased a heap of furniture from Super A Mart for my backyard entertaining area that I have just had done up.

Upon putting together the furniture, i noticed that there was a scratch on one of them. I called Super A Mart straight away and they were great. They organised for the chair to be picked up and replaced with no fuss at all.

Very happy with the customer service that the staff at Super A Mart provided me with.

We searched a number of furniture stores for a new lounge suite that suited the size of our lounge room and budget. Super A Mart had a huge range to suit a range of budgets and we could not believe the suite we ended up buying and the price we paid. It is so incredibly comfortable and the price simply unbelievable, and we got a further discount as there was a promotion running that we were not even aware of. Very happy.
