The salesman knew his products well and didn't try to pressure sell. I was told the product would be discontinued and this was not just a sales ploy as i checked it out with other stores in the chain and was told the same story. The after sales service was quite good as i went back to get some protectant for the material and was shown several types and picked the one we thought suited my needs the best.
