I wouldn't recommend it if u r smart. Went to purchase a item on the floor and rude women says u can't buy that as it was sold yesterday but they can't pick up until tomorrow, I said well put a sold sign on it, she was rude again so I got my wife and went, the guy that was dealing with my wife was not happy as he lost just over 9k of lounge and dining sales lol

Cancelled my $10,000 order with Amart today as the store manager In Auburn with name starting with "M" IS racist and rude. No customer service skill. AMART GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO RESPECT, AND TEACH BASIC PRINCIPLE OF HUMANITY. OF COURSE SALES SKILLS ARE HARD FOR HER AS SHE SEEM TO THINK ITS BEST TO WIN AN ARGUMENT AND LOSE A SALE. SHE IS MAKING CUSTOMERS RUN AWAY FROM THE STORE.

Just ordered a new dining table from there last weekend. Staff always come and ask if you need a hand and don't breath down your neck if you say no. Just waiting for my new table now

Its always a pleasent experrience when visiting Super Amart at Oxley. I have purchased furnature here several time and the staff are always there on hand when we need them. They are friendly and go above and beyond to help us determine the best products to suit our needs.

the saying, "you get what you pay for" is absolutely right. prices are very competitive, however the quality is not as great as Harvey Norman. If you are looking for furniture at a reasonable price and you don't expect it to last longer than a few years, this is the store for you. service has always been good here, there are always staff wandering around asking if you need help. I would recommend this store to people looking for a cheaper furniture alternative.

We bought a couch 2 years ago, 10 seats, and one recliner to it. last month the recliner leaver broke. the staff were very helpful to connect us to the factory. But nobody there is able to help us to get the seat repaired. I only wish, Amart would take on more responsibility in helping to get foulty products repaired.

Went looking for a sofa bed for when the rellies come to visit, they had one we liked and the price range was just what we were looking for, they also delivered our item, impressed with the service.

Layout is nice, clean, they've obviously just renovated because you can still smell the dust. The prices are way cheaper than Harvey Norman, it's a good location and there's a hot dog guy out the front, who could ask for anything more? Sales people are nice but take a while to track down.

They have just refurbished the store and it looks heaps better than it used to (a big warehouse with furniture jammed in). Didn't have the futon mattress I was looking for but if I was in the market for a nice couch, would go here rather than Harvey Norman because the prices are more reasonable and the staff are less pretentious.

big shops...nice staff...my family and me for last ten (10) years going to buy always to Super Amart, especially if is some clearance ... huge shop and easy to find and park car with trailer...
