My husband, Kevin, went to get oil for our car. He walked in and this young girl went straight up to him and asked " Hi, can I help you?" She was incredibly helpful and offered Kevin numerous options and went to the computer and books to find the exact oil he needed. Kevin kept on looking around whilst she went to help someone else, the Kevin spotted her and called out - to how he felt he could refer to her- "Miss Helpful!" And she came straight to him, helped him with finding the right size drain pan, checked out & then she offered to help him carry everything out to the car! He & I found this exceptional service worthy of credit! (He is going to buy her a Little Miss Helpful book!)
