Very few SEO services offer guarantees or provide their services without contracts, and as far as we know, we're the only company that does both. Unfortunately, a very common tactic is for an SEO company to lock a customer into a contract, and then perform low quality work (often outsourced to India - yuck!) or no work at all, and then threaten to sue the customer when they wish to break the contract.
